Commitment Certificate and Support: You must obtain a Commitment Certificate from a designated organization in Canada. This certificate serves as proof that the organization is supporting your business idea and is willing to invest resources in its development. The organization must also provide a Letter of Support to accompany your application.
Language Proficiency: You must demonstrate proficiency in English or French by taking a designated language test and obtaining the required minimum scores.
Adequate Settlement Funds: You must show that you have sufficient funds to support yourself and any accompanying family members upon arrival in Canada. The specific amount varies depending on the size of your family.
